                            her stardoll and how she feels about winning NCG for great britain

I asked her how she feels about winning NCG Great Britain she said she puts a lot of effort into her suite and doll, she also enjoys meeting new friends :).  After that I asked her how she liked being NCG she said she was really proud to represent Great Britain for a day,  and was really surprised that she actually won  something.  Then I asked her how she thought about people voting for her she said she is so appreciative of everyone who voted for her,  she thinks its nice that other people out there are willing to give people a chance to become NCG.  then I asked her what was so special about her stardoll for people to vote for her she said that it is great having loads of visitors and it helps you meet new friends on stardoll,  she believes everybody's stardoll is special  because you can personalize your me-doll and suite how you want it and its kind of having a second life.  After that I asked her what she thought was so special about stardoll she said because its mostly aimed at us girls:) its somewhere where we can come to share our interests on beauty and fashion and you can also make allot of new friends.

Add a belt

Got a cute dress or stylish jeans?? Why not add a belt to it??
Recently I was wearing a top/dress with leggings and ugg boots however I thought the top/dress was sicking out so I decided to add I thin belt to it. The belt made the outfit so much better; as if I'd made the outfit my own.
I decided to use this image as Alexis Jordan does a brilliant example of this with her thick, black belt.

Smokey eye look

Want to know how to get a wicked Smoky-eye look. Well now you can!! Here's how to create an epic look. First start of with 3 thin layers of black eye shadow, followed by a slightly darker color - I used maroon. Then a lighter version of the color you just used then to top it off an orange-y-apricot color!!! This looks amazing and to give it an even better effect used glitter eye shadow!!! Thanks for reading and please give me some feedback!!!! :) :P

Why not go for one color

Instead of going for a variety of coloured make up for instance pink lipstick, blue eyeshadow etc. Why not focus on just one colour and wear all your make up in that one colour!!! Also you can add some of that coloured jewellery and you''ve got yourself one fab look!!! :D

Hair troubles

If, like many girls(or boys) you straighten your hair a lot, you may find you have split ends. This is caused by your hair drying out due to using lots of heat on it. Here are some ways to stop this from happening:
-Use heat defence spray before straightening your hair
-Keep your hair natural or straightening to a minimum
-Every time you notice the split ends, get a trim (which shouldn't cost too much)

Other causes of split ends are; chemicals in swimming pools, hair dye and being too rough with your hair. Also while your hair is wet, remember to be gentle with it.

Creative stardoll fashion

Hey dollies! Over the past year or so, I have noticed that many Stardoll members create extremely creative outfits, using random items. All of the outfits that I've viewed are saved on my computer. I actually saved them just to save them, because they were just so creative and inspiring. They've been saved for a while, and I have decided to share them with you, here, in the Star Blog.

For the next few weeks, you'll find posts here in the Starblog with a Stardoll member. Each post will include some basic facts about each person, the outfit they created, the items used, and my opinion on each outfit. The first outfit designed by Crystal simply creates a "peacock effect". The color scheme is beautiful, and she did a great job designing it.

The second outfit designed by Crystal is outstanding. The colors used create a girly but goth look, and I absolutely love it.

The third outfit designed by Crystal reminds me of the Springtime. It is very earthy, and she reminds me of a "garden fairy".

Hedi klum loves her dress

We spotted Heidi Klum out and about in Brentwood, Los Angeles, wearing this relaxing and multicolored maxi dress! We love maxi dresses, it's perfect for lazy summer days and to purchase a dress is a good investment this spring. Just look at Heidi, she manages to look everyday chic with almost no effort at all! We like it! 

Fashion mistakes

Hello dollies,

I was recently styling outfits and came up with this post. This post looks at simple mistakes in outfits that can lose you votes and comments.

This first outfit is a fashion disaster. It has no defined style, and is messily created. Trousers over tights are a mistake, and classy shoes over the top make it worse! Someone's just came ack from a crazy clubbing night, with a craaaaaaaaaaaaazy out-of-fashion scarf.

This look also has no defined style, and has two jumpers. The bottom jumper shows casual, but the top one is more like a going-out style. The dress does not fit the look either.

The red shoes in this look do not go with the style, and the scarf does not fit. But this is the best look so far! :d

Avoid these mistakes, and happy styling!

Black and white

Of course everyone loves adding a bit of color to their clothing, though it's fine to wear Black and white! Black and white is the newest Fashion Trend! Of course theres not any color to it but black and white is the color you can wear anywhere. It doesn't matter if your wearing a black dress with just a white belt, it's still Black & White!
